What we do
Subscription products, not open-ended projects
We don't sell consulting by the day or licences to install. We build our own products, offer them on a monthly or yearly subscription and look after them: updates, support and fixes are part of the fee for as long as the subscription lasts.
One job at a time
Every product solves a concrete, recurring task in the working day. If a feature doesn't help the people who actually use it, it doesn't go in.
No manual needed
The person at the front desk isn't a technical user. Our interfaces make sense at first glance, on a phone, with your hands full.
As little data as possible
We collect only what the service needs to work. When a piece of data isn't necessary, our architecture is built so that it is never stored at all.
Numbers, not impressions
Each product shows the customer what actually happened: how many uses, how many results, the ratio between the two. No inflated metrics.
No lock-in
Subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer at any time, with no penalty and without having to call anyone.
Compliance by design
We work with regulated sectors. Their rules go into the product as technical constraints, not as a warning printed at the bottom of a page.

The clinical reputation system for dental practices
It keeps an eye on the practice's Google listing, grows it with its patients' own words and protects it when a difficult review arrives. Three movements: monitor, improve, protect. All in one application the front desk uses in eight seconds.

From sign-up to the first result
Sign up and try it
Create an account with an email and a password and use the product with the free trial included. No card, no commitment.
We set it up with you
If you want, we walk you through the initial setup by email or phone. It's included: there are no activation fees.
Start the subscription
When you decide to continue, you subscribe monthly or yearly by card on Stripe-hosted pages. Cancel whenever you like.
Subscriptions and payments
Clear terms, before you pay
What we sell
Digital services on subscription, delivered over the web. We do not sell physical goods: there is no shipping, no delivery and no product returns. Access is active immediately after sign-up and, for paid features, immediately after the first successful payment.
Prices and currency
All amounts are in euro (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Dr. Coro costs €49 per month or €490 per year. No activation fee, no per-seat charge.
Free trial
The trial includes 12 invitation generations, once per customer, with no card required. It does not convert into a subscription automatically: until you subscribe yourself, you are charged nothing.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel yourself, at any time, from the billing portal: the service stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms.
Refunds
We refund in full within 14 days of the first charge, as well as duplicate or incorrect charges and any downtime attributable to us. The detail is on the Payments, renewals and refunds page.
Payment security
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never pass through our systems. The site and the applications are served over HTTPS only; card processing follows the PCI DSS standard.
Who we sell to, and where
Our services are offered to professionals and businesses, not to consumers. LDV Consulting FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates: for Italian business customers holding a VAT number the supply is outside the scope of Italian VAT under art. 7-ter of Presidential Decree 633/1972, and VAT is accounted for by the customer under the reverse-charge mechanism. We do not supply our services in countries where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law or by international restrictive measures.
