Your practice's online image, as good as the work behind it.

Dr. Coro is the clinical reputation system for dental practices. It keeps an eye on your Google listing, grows it with your patients' own words, and protects it when a difficult review arrives. No advertising, no manufactured text: only what your patients actually said.

The figures are an example. The app is in Italian: the invitation goes out from the practice's own phone, and you pick the contact in WhatsApp.

The point

Unhappy patients write on their own. Happy ones stay quiet.

Your Google listing doesn't describe how you work: it describes whoever felt like writing. And that is where someone who has never met you forms an opinion of the practice, before they even call.

The silence of satisfied patients

Someone who leaves happy thinks about something else. Someone left with an irritation writes that same evening. Over time the listing tells a worse story than the truth.

The first judgement happens without you

A new patient reads before calling. What they find is not decided by your work in the chair, but by whoever spoke in your place.

A wrong reply costs more than the review

Replying to a healthcare review without confirming that the writer is a patient, without going into clinical detail and without admitting anything is hard. Many practices, to be safe, don't reply at all.

The system

Three movements, one application

It isn't a tool for collecting stars. It is how a practice keeps its online image under control: watching it, growing it, defending it.

01

Monitor

The numbers on your public Google listing, how many reviews and what average, refresh on every day the practice uses the app. On Monday morning, when there was activity during the week, you get an email with the recap. Nothing to open, no dashboard to learn.

02

Improve

At the end of the appointment you send the patient an invitation. They describe their experience in a minute, the system puts their words in order, they edit and publish from their own account. No incentives, no text written for them.

03

Protect

When a difficult review arrives, paste the text and get three ready replies. All of them pass an automatic check against the profession's ethical rules before you even read them.

Inside the system

How a genuine review comes about

01

The practice sends the invitation

At the end of the appointment you pick the visit type and tap «Send». WhatsApp opens with the message already written. Eight seconds of work for the front desk.

02

The patient talks

They open the link and answer six questions: some on a scale, at least two in their own words. The questions are drawn at random and the practice does not choose them: that is the guarantee nobody can steer the answers.

03

The text composes itself

Using only what the patient stated. The words that come from them are highlighted, so they can see where every sentence comes from.

04

The patient publishes

They edit the text if they want, copy it and open the practice's Google listing. They publish, from their account, with the star rating they choose.

How to reply without getting it wrong

01

Paste the review

Copy the text from the Google listing and paste it into the app. No account needs to be connected.

02

Get three replies

One plain, one warmer, one more formal. No confirmation that the writer is a patient, no clinical terms, no admission of liability.

03

Choose and publish

Read it again, edit if you want, copy and publish on Google Business Profile. Responsibility for what you publish stays with the practice.

What you see

Four numbers on Monday morning

No reports to interpret. The numbers that matter fit on one line, and they reach you by email on Monday when there was activity during the week.

Your Google listing

How many reviews it has and what the average is, read on every day of use. You see whether the curve is rising, and by how much.

Invitations sent

How many went out last week. If they drop, you know.

Pages opened

How many patients actually opened the link. It tells you whether you are sending it at the right moment.

Texts copied

How many went all the way through. The ratio of copied to sent is the honest measure of how it is going.

What you will not find: no competitor radar, no promise of a position in search results, no inflated metrics. We read the public data of your listing and show you yours, without interpretation.

Transparency

What we don't do, and why that is what makes it work

The value of this system lies in the limits it has set itself. They are constraints written into the software, not good intentions.

  • We do not write fake reviews and do not publish on the patient's behalf.
  • We do not buy or sell reviews and offer no incentive in exchange for one.
  • We do not filter out dissatisfied patients: the path is identical for everyone, and the composed text is negative when the ratings are negative.
  • We do not connect to the practice's Google account and ask for no OAuth permissions.
  • We do not let the practice choose which questions the patient receives.
  • We do not promise a number of reviews, a search ranking or an increase in revenue.

Privacy and compliance

Patients' data stays with the patients

The text is never stored

What the patient writes and the composed text are never saved: they are used to compose and then discarded. Only identifiers, visit type, dates and the numbers chosen on the scales remain.

No phone numbers

The invitation is sent from the WhatsApp contact picker on the practice's phone. The patient's contact details never enter our application.

Servers in the European Union

Database and application are hosted in the EU (Ireland). Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Details in the privacy notice.

Professional ethics

Replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient, contain no clinical terms and admit no liability. An automatic check verifies every reply before it is shown.

Commercial terms

The service is reserved for professionals and businesses (dental practices and dental companies): it is not offered to consumers. The supplier, LDV Consulting FZCO, is established in the United Arab Emirates; for Italian business customers holding a VAT number the supply is outside the scope of Italian VAT under art. 7-ter of Presidential Decree 633/1972, and VAT is accounted for by the customer under the reverse-charge mechanism. Any taxes or withholdings required by the law of the customer's country are borne by the customer.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal: you keep the service until the end of the period already paid for and nothing further is charged. Full terms in Payments, renewals and refunds and in the Terms and conditions.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most

How is this different from review software?

Review software sends a link and counts stars. Here the patient writes in their own words and publishes from their own account, every reply passes an ethical check before you see it, and every week you know whether your listing actually improved. It isn't a generator: it is how a practice keeps its online image in its own hands.

What exactly do you monitor?

The public data of your Google listing, that is the number of reviews and the average rating, read on the days you use the app; plus what happens inside it: invitations sent, pages opened, texts copied. We do not watch competitors, we do not monitor other platforms and we promise no position in search results.

Is it legitimate to ask a patient for a review?

Asking a patient to describe their experience is allowed; what is not allowed is offering payment or a benefit in exchange, writing the review for them, or showing the invitation only to those who are satisfied. Dr. Coro is built to rule out all three: no incentives, the text comes only from what the patient stated, and the invitation is identical for everyone.

Who publishes the review on Google?

Always and only the patient, from their own Google account and with the star rating they decide. Our service prepares a text they can edit and copy: it has no access to their account or to the practice's Google listing.

Do I have to connect my Google account?

No. There is no permission to grant and no approval to wait for. The practice only needs to paste in, once, the public link to its own Google listing.

What if the patient isn't happy?

The path is the same. If the ratings are negative, the composed text is honestly negative. The system does not hide the invitation from dissatisfied patients and does not divert them elsewhere: that would be an unfair practice and against review platforms' rules.

What do you keep about the patient?

The phone number never passes through our servers. The text written by the patient and the composed text are never saved. Only an invitation identifier, the visit type, the dates and the positions chosen on the scales (numbers) remain. The detail is in the privacy notice.

How much extra work for the front desk?

Eight seconds at the end of the appointment: pick the visit type and tap «Send». Nothing to install, nothing to learn and no number to type: the contact is chosen from the WhatsApp address book, the way it is done every day already.

How do I cancel the subscription?

In the app, under «Settings → Subscription → Manage»: the billing portal opens, where you can stop the renewal yourself, without contacting us and without notice. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid for. If you prefer, write to us and we'll do it for you.

Who issues the invoice, and how do I pay?

Payment is by card on Stripe-hosted pages: card details neither pass through nor are stored on our systems. The invoice is issued by LDV Consulting FZCO and can be downloaded at any time from the billing portal.

Is the service available outside Italy?

Not today. Questions, messages, texts and ethical rules are calibrated for the Italian language and for dental practice in Italy. The service is offered to professionals and businesses, not to consumers, and is not available in countries where supplying it would be prohibited by law or by international restrictive measures.

Your listing already tells a story. You decide which one.
