Payments, renewals, cancellation and refunds

This page describes what you pay, when you are charged, how you cancel and when we refund. It forms an integral part of the Terms and conditions.
1. What we sell
Digital services on subscription, delivered over the web. We do not sell physical goods: there is no shipping, no delivery and no product returns. Access is active immediately after sign-up and, for paid features, immediately after the first successful payment.
2. Prices and currency

All amounts are expressed in euro (EUR). There is no activation fee and no per-seat charge. If your card is denominated in another currency, the issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees, over which we have no control.
3. Free trial conditions
- It includes 12 invitation generations, once per customer.
- It requires no payment card.
- It does not convert into a subscription automatically: at the end of the 12 generations nothing is charged, you simply cannot create new invitations until you subscribe.
- It cannot be combined with other offers and is not transferable.
Any promotional codes state, on the page where they are offered, their duration, the discount and the conditions of use. Unless stated otherwise, a discount applies to the first subscription period and the next renewal is at the full list price.
4. How renewal works
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or annual, and the registered card is charged on the same day. You receive the invoice by email at every renewal and can always find it in the billing portal. For the annual subscription we send a reminder by email before renewal.
If a charge fails we retry over the following days. After the second failed attempt access is suspended; after thirty days the subscription is closed. You can reactivate it at any time by updating the payment method.
5. How to cancel
- Open the application and go to «Settings».
- In the «Subscription» section tap «Manage».
- The billing portal opens: choose «Cancel subscription».
Cancellation is immediate and effective without notice: it stops the next renewal and carries no penalty. The Service remains usable until the last day of the period already paid for. If you would rather not use the portal, write to ldvconsulting360@gmail.com from the address you signed up with: we will do it within one working day and confirm in writing.
6. Refunds
We refund in full, on written request:
- within 14 days of the first charge, if the Service is not what you expected, for any reason;
- duplicate or incorrect charges, and charges made after a cancellation that was correctly registered;
- any period in which the Service was unusable because of a malfunction attributable to us, in proportion to the days of downtime.
Outside these cases, periods already started are not refundable even in part, because cancellation leaves the Service available until expiry. For the annual subscription, if you cancel within 14 days of the charge we refund the whole year.
To request a refund write to ldvconsulting360@gmail.com stating the account email address and the date of the charge. We reply within one working day. Approved refunds are issued within five working days to the same payment method used for the purchase; the actual credit then depends on the issuing bank, normally three to ten working days.
7. Disputed charges
If you do not recognise a charge, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: in almost every case we resolve it the same day, whereas a formal dispute takes weeks. Our reference on your statement is LDV* DR CORO.
