Before you write
- To cancel a subscription you don't need to contact us: you do it yourself in the application, under «Settings → Subscription → Manage». If you prefer, write to us and we'll do it.
- To download an invoice, open the same billing portal: they are all there, always.
- For a charge you don't recognise, write to us before going to your bank: we almost always resolve it the same day. The terms are in Payments, renewals and refunds.
Response times
Email: within one working day. Personal data requests: within one month, as required by the GDPR. Approved refunds: issued within five working days.
